Coconut bread is a fantastic alternative to traditional grain based bread.
It will go a long way to helping you avoid those bread craving that might pop up.
- Preheat the oven to 190C.
- Melt the Coconut Oil.
- Mix all the ingredients together. You can use 1/2 cup of coconut oil instead of the 1/4 cup of Almond Butter.
- Pour the ingredients into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
