Coconut Bread

Coconut bread is a fantastic alternative to traditional grain based bread.

It will go a long way to helping you avoid those bread craving that might pop up.

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Melt the Coconut Oil.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together. You can use 1/2 cup of coconut oil instead of the 1/4 cup of Almond Butter.
  4. Pour the ingredients into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
