Garlic Naan Bread

This Naan recipe is wheat-free, dairy-free and nut-free.

The added garlic and coriander gives it a delicious flavour!

  1. In a mixing bowl add coconut flour, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, garlic and coriander. Start to mix with a fork to combine all completely.
  2. Make a hole in the centre of the bowl and add in the eggs. Start to whisk and start incorporating into the flour.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and continue stirring until all combined and it's almost a like a pancake batter. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Heat a large sauté pan and pour in between 1/2 to 1 cup of batter to create the size you want for the bread. Cook each side until brown and serve warm.
