This Naan recipe is wheat-free, dairy-free and nut-free.
The added garlic and coriander gives it a delicious flavour!
- In a mixing bowl add coconut flour, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, garlic and coriander. Start to mix with a fork to combine all completely.
- Make a hole in the centre of the bowl and add in the eggs. Start to whisk and start incorporating into the flour.
- Pour in the coconut milk and continue stirring until all combined and it's almost a like a pancake batter. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Heat a large sauté pan and pour in between 1/2 to 1 cup of batter to create the size you want for the bread. Cook each side until brown and serve warm.
