Coconut Cookies

A low carb cookie recipe that actually tastes like a biscuit!

Eating correctly has never tasted this sweet!

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape into balls and place on prepared baking trays, pressing them down gently with a fork.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
