Halloumi wrapped in Bacon

An easy to make meal or snack.

This can be served for breakfast with eggs, or dinner with vegetables. It can even be used for entertaining.

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C.
  2. Chop the chilli finely.
  3. Cut the halloumi into 16 blocks
  4. Lay a piece of bacon flat and spread a little chilli on it.
  5. Put a block of halloumi on one end and roll it up in the bacon.
  6. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes
  7. It keeps well in the fridge and can be warmed up in a microwave for about 30 seconds
