An easy to make meal or snack.
This can be served for breakfast with eggs, or dinner with vegetables. It can even be used for entertaining.
- Preheat your oven to 200C.
- Chop the chilli finely.
- Cut the halloumi into 16 blocks
- Lay a piece of bacon flat and spread a little chilli on it.
- Put a block of halloumi on one end and roll it up in the bacon.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes
- It keeps well in the fridge and can be warmed up in a microwave for about 30 seconds
