Delicious made with red pepper and mushrooms.
Served with a side of cauli-rice.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips, chop up the onions finely and slice the peppers and mushrooms thinly.
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion until translucent.
- Add the red pepper and mushrooms and fry until soft.
- Add the chicken and salt and pepper and continue to fry on medium heat, until the chicken is cooked.
- Add the cream, and allow the food to simmer for about 5 minutes
- Season to taste.
