This recipe below is a delicious dessert free of any guilt.
It can be served hot or cold.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Put the raspberries in the bottom of a small heat proof bowl.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp of xylitol.
- In a seperate bowl mix together the almond flour, the rest of the xylitol and the butter.
- Sprinkle over the berries and bake until golden brown.
