Raspberry Crumble

This recipe below is a delicious dessert free of any guilt.

It can be served hot or cold.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put the raspberries in the bottom of a small heat proof bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp of xylitol.
  4. In a seperate bowl mix together the almond flour, the rest of the xylitol and the butter.
  5. Sprinkle over the berries and bake until golden brown.
