Baked Omelette Breakfast

Bacon, onions and peppers, and gooey cheese. The perfect omelette.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can customise it to your families likes.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Fry the bacon bits and grate the cheese.
  3. Whisk the eggs and cream in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in the cheese, bacon, green pepper and onion.
  5. Spray and cook a 20cm square baking pan/bowl and pour in the mixture.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
