Grilled Tuna with Herbed Aioli

A simple and equally delicious recipe.

Perfect with lovely green vegetables or a green salad.

  1. Whisk together the first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish for marinade. Place the mayonnaise in separate small bowl. Whisk in 1 1/2 tablespoons of marinade. Set aioli aside.
  2. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper. Place the fish in the rest of the marinade in a dish, turning to coat evenly. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature, turning the fish occasionally.
  3. Grill fish to desired doneness on medium to high heat, about 3 minutes per side for medium. Top the fish with aioli and serve.
