Spicey Fish Cakes

Easy to make, appetiser or finger food.

These spicy fish cakes are not only delicious but also healthy, and kind on the waistline.

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Warm olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  3. Roll the ingredients into balls and flatten carefully before frying.
  4. Fry until golden brown then turn carefully and fry the second side.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towel before serving.
