- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Warm olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Roll the ingredients into balls and flatten carefully before frying.
- Fry until golden brown then turn carefully and fry the second side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towel before serving.
