Creamy Curry Mince

A creamy home style curry

Delicious served on cauli-rice with veggies.

  1. Fry the mince and onion together until almost cooked through and the onion is translucent.
  2. Add in the spices, crushed garlic, chopped chilli and tomato paste and stir to mix.
  3. Pour in the beef stock and lower the heat to simmer for about 20 minutes, reducing the liquid until it is just about all gone.
  4. Once cooked, add the yoghurt and mix in well just before serving.
