This coleslaw is easy to make and tastes great.

  1. COLESLAW: Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. MAYONNAISE: Place all the ingredients into a cylindrical container. Put your stick blender into the bottom of the container. Turn the blender on until the ingredients emulsify. Move the blender up and down until all the oil is incorporated.
