Roasted Avo Slices

Perfect as a starter and delicious as a side dish

Simple and quick, a new flavour for an old favourite.

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200C.
  2. Cut the avo's into slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika.
  3. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Allow them to cool but serve them warm.
