Blueberry Coconut Cream Fat Bombs

Low carb fat bombs are healthy, high fat snacks and desserts that help you lose more weight.

These low carb, blueberry coconut cream fat bombs are delicious!

  1. Place crushed blueberries into the bottom of a dish or pan.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and coconut oil. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and whip well with a whisk or hand blender, adding xylitol slowly.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and place in freezer for 1 hour. Slice before serving and top with a few whole blueberries.
