Creamy delicious vegetable bake.
A must try and it is great with chicken roast and lamb roast.
- Cut off the ends of the green beans, cut the bacon into strips and melt the cream cheese.
- Prepare your bacon by frying in a pan until “cooked”, don’t burn them just cook them a little. Then add all the other vegetables, garlic (optional) and butter then fry until they are semi cooked and spice with salt. They will cook more in the oven.
- Heat up the oven to 180°C. Make the cream sauce by mixing the cream cheese and egg together. Then add the cream and water and combine well.
- Put the veggies in a oven safe bowl, pour the sauce over the top and top with cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 min then put the grill on and brown the cheese. Be careful not to burn the cheese. Use a medium heat and grill for 5-10 min.
