A great recipe for how to pickle cucumbers to make the best dill pickles you've ever had.
- Peel the cucumbers and cut into thick rounds.
- Mix the Vinegar, Pickling Spice and Xylitol together.
- Pack the cucumbers into sterilised jars and pour the vinegar mixture over.
- Seal and store in the fridge.
